To participate in the International Conference on Culture, Language, and Literature (ICCuLL) 2026, please find the registration fee details below.

Basic Seminar Fee

    • Presenters: IDR 750,000
    • Student Presenters: IDR 400,000
    • Participant: IDR 400,000

The presenter fee covers full conference participation (access to all sessions, conference kit, meals) and guarantees the publication of your accepted paper in the Track 1: ICCuLL Standard Proceedings.

Our Publication Tracks

Track 1: ICCuLL Standard Proceedings (Default Track)

    • Output: ICCuLL 2026 Official Conference Proceedings (with an official ISSN).

    • Selection: This is the default track for all papers that successfully pass the peer-review process and are presented at the conference.

    • Cost: Covered by the Basic Seminar Fee.

Track 2: Book Chapter and Partner Journal Publication (By Invitation Only)

    • Output: Full-article publication in book chapter scopus-indexed one of our partner academic journals, including Script (Sinta 1), LINGUA DIDAKDITA (Sinta 2), 2LITE (Sinta 2), Citra Lekha (Sinta 2), Journal of Pragmatics Research (Sinta 3), CMES (Sinta 3), IHiS (Indonesian Histoeical Studies) (Sinta 3), Fajar Historia (SInta 3), Mozaik Humaniora (Sinta 3), 4 E Structural (Sinta 4), Prasasti (Sinta 5), and Haluan Sastra Budaya (Sinta 5).

    • Selection: This is an exclusive opportunity offered by invitation only to authors of papers with outstanding academic quality and suitability for a specific journal’s scope. Papers will undergo the journal’s own separate peer-review process as priority submissions recommended by ICCuLL.

    • Cost: Subject to an additional Article Processing Charge (APC), which is determined by the respective journal publisher.

    1. Each conference fee is charged to each individual author or participant attending the conference.

    1. Cancellations and returns of fees are not allowed for any reason. All registration fees are non-refundable.

    1. Any payment of the fee on the day of the conference will not be accepted.

    1. The organizer reserves the right to make any program changes if necessary.
